Goal4Youth have over 30 years experience in working with Children and Young people. We have delivered programmes in schools, community groups as well as private sessions to 1000's of young people.
We have now decided to provide our programmes on-line reaching more young people. Our aim is to build the confidence and self-esteem to even more young people. This can now be done in the home anywhere around the world.
Our programmes are affordable so more people can take part. If you are at home, in school or a community group you can use our resources with the young people you are working with.
Our resources are printable and we advise that when you print our workbooks that you do this in colour as this makes the worksheets more enjoyable for the young people. If you don't have access to a coloured printer you can get the booklets printed at a local print or photo shop.
We have made the workbooks fun and easy to use. It's important to follow the instructions provided on each booklet and not to rush any of the exercises provided.
Of course if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. As a parent you want the best for your child. You want them to grow and be successful and happy in life.
Many of our young people have their basic needs like food, water, shelter, love and connection, family, friends and so on. They have achieved this with the support of you, family, teachers and community workers. When it comes to self-esteem this is where many young people and adults get stuck, therefore can not move forward to achieve.
With our workbooks and your support we can now break down this barrier. We don't have a magic wand. This process will take time and depends on each young person. Your help is vital in supporting your child, praising them and help them to focus more on the positive.
Our first booklet is our 10 day Gratitude Journal. This journal will help your child to focus on the positive and contains 10 challenges which your child will complete over 10 days. Young people only need to spend 10-15 minutes on each exercise. Get your child's journal by clicking here
We will continue to build on our resources and we would love to hear your feedback using the form below.
